Privacy Policy

TODO_LEGAL_REVIEW — this is a working draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Before publishing, confirm it against current Play Store data-safety requirements, AdMob's child-directed treatment settings if GameHub is played by children, and Indian data-protection law (DPDP Act) obligations.

This policy covers two things: this website (whitehousegaming.com) and the OMG GameHub mobile app, both published by White House Gaming ("we", "us", "our").

1. This Website

The site itself is static — it doesn't run its own tracking scripts or set analytics cookies. Two parts of it hand off to third parties directly:

The contact and Join Us forms are Google Forms — submissions go directly to Google and to us; Google's own privacy policy governs that data.
Embedded videos load from YouTube on click, subject to YouTube's privacy policy.
GitHub Pages, our host, logs standard request data (like IP address) as part of serving the site.

2. OMG GameHub (the App)

GameHub shows ads via Google AdMob, which may collect an advertising identifier and usage data to serve and measure ads.
Tournament participation requires a mobile number, used solely to credit recharge prizes.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Children's Privacy

GameHub's games are hypercasual and may be played by a broad age range. TODO_LEGAL_REVIEW: confirm whether AdMob's child-directed treatment should be enabled for some or all games, and adjust data collection accordingly.

4. Your Choices

You can request what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us.
Ad personalization can usually be limited from your device's ad settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads).

5. Changes

We may update this policy as the app or site change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
