Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern use of the OMG GameHub mobile application ("GameHub", "the App"), published by White House Gaming ("we", "us", "our"), including the in-app tournament and leaderboard system that awards mobile recharge prizes. By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by entering a tournament, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter a tournament or receive a prize.
• You must be a resident of India with a valid, active Indian mobile number capable of receiving recharge.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of White House Gaming are not eligible to win tournament prizes.
• We may restrict tournament participation in any state or region where such contests are limited or prohibited by local law.

2. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

Playing GameHub's games and competing on tournament leaderboards is free. No payment, purchase, in-app currency, or deposit of any kind is required to enter a tournament or to be eligible for a prize. Making an in-app purchase (if any exist elsewhere in the App) does not improve your chances of winning and is never required to compete.

3. How Tournaments Work

• Tournaments rank players by in-game score or performance over a stated period, shown on an in-app leaderboard.
• Winners are determined solely by ranking at the close of the tournament period, as recorded by our systems.
• We may run multiple tournaments across different games, with different schedules, rules, and prize amounts, communicated in-app at the time.
• Our decision on scoring, rankings, and winners is final.

4. Prizes

• Prizes consist of mobile recharge (talktime/data) credited to the mobile number registered on your winning account.
• Prize values, denominations, and the number of winners per tournament will be stated in-app before or during the tournament.
• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be substituted except at our discretion.
• Recharge fulfilment depends on your mobile operator and may take a reasonable time to process after a tournament closes.
• Winners are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from prizes received. We may deduct tax at source and/or report winnings where required by applicable law.

5. Fair Play

The following will disqualify an entry and may result in forfeiture of a prize already credited:

• Use of bots, scripts, emulator exploits, modified clients, or other automation.
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to inflate score.
• Operating multiple accounts to gain extra tournament entries.
• Any other conduct we reasonably determine to be cheating or fraud.

6. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tournament, prize structure, or these Terms at any time, with notice provided in-app where reasonably possible. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App and tournaments are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, White House Gaming is not liable for delays or failures in prize fulfilment caused by third parties (including mobile network operators), technical issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
